Supplier management, quality & assurance:
Validate supplier data and audit campaign delivery (right campaign, right asset, right time), ensuring compliance with H&S and operational standards across all contracts.
Special campaigns & regional operations:
Lead the delivery of non-standard and special campaigns (e.g. creative installs, bus wraps, rail impact campaigns), ensuring clear planning and execution controls are in place.
Asset standards, maintenance & cost control:
Ensure bus framing and maintenance is completed on time and within budget, while maintaining rail assets in line with required electrical and structural compliance standards.
Warehouse & team leadership:
Oversee the Leeds warehouse operation and line manage the Warehouse Manager, ensuring efficient stock handling, preparation, and dispatch of advertising materials.
