You'll provide operational and administrative leadership, using KPIs to drive performance and recovery plans, while working cross functionally with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to support production ramp ups and new product introductions.\n\nWhat will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?\n\nProvide day-to-day operational and administrative support to managers and teams\nDrive delivery performance through KPI tracking (e.g. parts booked to stores, recovery hours)\nCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and ensure follow-up\nPrepare reports, manage data, and track performance against safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity targets\nLiaise with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and partners\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements\nIdentify and implement improvements to processes and ways of working\nCollaborate with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to support NPI and production ramp-upsWhat will you bring to the role?\nEssential skills:\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines\nProven experience using KPIs and data to drive operational performance and delivery\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally\nDesirable skills:\n\nStrong working knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials and quality systems\nManufacturing environment experience\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capability\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)\nProactive, solution-focused and adaptable to change\nProfessional, reliable and discreet\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy\nComfortable working independently and as part of a team
