Role Description Skills:
Purpose of the Role
To provide operational and administrative support to the product team, ensuring smooth delivery of projects, efficient coordination across stakeholders, and timely execution of key processes. This role is critical for maintaining momentum on product initiatives and freeing up product managers to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Coordination: Work closely with the wider delivery function to provide product inputs and updates into workstreams, trackers, and governance processes. Ensure alignment between product priorities and delivery milestones.
• Operational Support: Schedule and manage meetings, workshops, and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners. Prepare agendas, capture actions, and ensure timely closure of tasks.
