Demand / Lead Generation – Strategic Account Director
As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Demand / Lead Generation – Strategic Account Director to lead relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 enterprise clients, drive revenue growth, and shape high-impact B2B demand generation partnerships.
This is a senior, commercially focused role requiring strong expertise in B2B marketing services, pipeline creation, conversion optimisation, AOV, ROI, and measurable campaign performance.
Role Overview
Working closely with the CEO and cross‑functional teams, you will:
Own and grow a portfolio of high‑value strategic accounts
Act as a trusted advisor on demand generation and revenue acceleration
Align marketing solutions to client growth, lead quality, and conversion outcomes
Drive long‑term partnerships, renewals, and upsell opportunities
Success in this role requires deep experience in enterprise B2B sales, demand generation strategy, and commercial performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership
Develop and execute growth strategies for Tier 1 & Tier 2 accounts
Build C‑suite relationships and position yourself as a strategic advisor
Translate client business objectives into measurable demand generation programmes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evolve client‑led marketing solutions
Demand Generation & Revenue Growth
Drive pipeline creation, lead quality, and conversion performance
Deliver campaigns focused on ROI, CAC efficiency, AOV uplift, and revenue attribution
Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across marketing services and media
Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, and long‑term agreements
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Client Engagement & Market Presence
Build relationships across complex buying groups and senior stakeholders
Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and executive forums
Provide data‑driven insight and performance reporting to clients and internal teams
Share market intelligence to inform product, editorial, and marketing strategy
Candidate Profile
Essential Experience
7+ years in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or B2B marketing services
Proven success delivering demand generation, lead generation, and revenue growth
Strong understanding of conversion metrics, ROI, CAC, AOV, attribution, and funnel performanceTrack record managing large, complex enterprise accounts
Exceptional relationship‑building and C‑suite influence
Commercially driven with strong negotiation and forecasting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Preferred
Experience in fintech, payments, ecommerce, or digital media
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and structured sales methodologies
Analytical, data‑led approach to marketing and revenue performance
