Scope of Position:
Trustwell's Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for developing and driving successful demand generation and digital marketing programs. This role will define and execute campaigns across various channels and will play a pivotal role in the growth of Trustwell by creating, optimizing, and managing marketing campaigns that attract new qualified leads and convert them. You will be directly responsible for meeting acquisition goals by designing, executing, measuring, and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs.
You'll work closely with the sales team to improve upon current initiatives and identify new opportunities to build a scalable demand engine built upon awareness, demand, pipeline, and bookings. You will have proven success executing campaigns in B2B and/or SaaS, including but not limited to: email marketing, content marketing, paid media, social media, web, SEO, marketing automation.

You will be directly responsible for meeting acquisition goals by designing, executing, measuring, and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs.
You'll work closely with the sales team to improve upon current initiatives and identify new opportunities to build a scalable demand engine built upon awareness, demand, pipeline, and bookings. You will have proven success executing campaigns in B2B and/or SaaS, including but not limited to: email marketing, content marketing, paid media, social media, web, SEO, marketing automation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Build lead generation programs using multiple channels including email marketing, content marketing, paid media, social media, web, SEO, SEM, and marketing automation including but not limited to LinkedIn, Google, and 6Sense - converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, lead generation content and remarketing, specifically in the EMEA market.
- Partner with sales teams to align campaigns with EMEA pipeline targets, focusing on moving prospects through the funnel from awareness to purchase.
- Forecast, track and report on marketing campaign performance including funnel conversion metrics on campaign performance, pipeline influence, and ROI, making recommendations to improve conversion rates.
- Partner with internal and external creative and copywriting resources to design and develop content that drives engagement/action.
- Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and project success by managing stakeholders, calendars, budget, timelines, and processes
- Work with sales to develop messaging, positioning and outreach tactics that engage prospects.
- Develop account-based marketing programs for large scale accounts in effort to accelerate enterprise sales cycle and pipeline growth.
- Maintain knowledge of Trustwell's products. solutions, customer applications, competitive product differences as well as underlying technologies.
- Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation programmes, including email marketing, digital advertising, content syndication, webinars, and industry events.
- Build and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and sales follow-up.
- Collaborate with content and product marketing to produce high-value assets relevant to UK and EU buyers, including case studies, thought leadership content, and webinars.
- Manage relationships with UK and European agencies, media partners, and event organisers.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with local market nuances, industry trends, and regulatory context.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals
- Ability to use metrics to manage programs and measure success
- Proficiency with content creation, email marketing, and lead nurturing
- Experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver marketing programs.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for UK and EMEA audiences.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales to align marketing activities with revenue targets.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or similar; required.
- 3+ years of highly analytical experience in B2B acquisition, growth, or demand generation Marketing, required.
- Proven experience in a B2B demand generation or digital marketing role, with a track record of contributing to pipeline build and closed-won revenue.
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and account-based marketing platforms such as 6sense; highly preferred.

- The base salary is up to £60,000; based on skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is eligible for company bonus up to 10%.
