Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly monitor demand and supply of service activities, exceptions and imbalances.
• Takes necessary steps to anticipate supply/demand problems.
• Helps identify supply issues associated with established plans and resolve by collaborating with the cross functional stakeholders.
• Support the weekly Demand-Supply balance meetings by providing insights.
• Utilise available reports to monitor system data quality to ensure optimal process performance.
• Responsible for data entry accuracy and efficiency relating to all aspects of inventory management.
• Responsible for developing communication and engagement.
• Work in a cross functional environment
