Job Description
Demand Planning Manager

As Demand Planning Manager, you'll lead the S&OP process and manage a team of demand planners, driving forecast reliability and service level targets that directly impact business performance. This is a strategic role where you'll facilitate data-driven business planning decisions, implement performance monitoring systems, and lead system improvement projects that optimise sales volume planning across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Lead the S&OP process, ensuring forecast accuracy and reliability across all planning cycles
Manage and develop a team of demand planners, providing coaching and performance feedback
Implement and monitor key performance indicators including forecast bias and accuracy metrics
Facilitate data analysis and insights to support strategic business planning decisions
Drive system improvement projects to enhance demand planning processes and tools
Collaborate with commercial teams to align sales volume planning with business objectives
Identify and resolve forecast variances, implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements
Proven 6 years in a dedicated Demand Planning role within an S&OP environment
Experience managing a team
Proficiency in SAP
Proven experience implementing and managing KPIs and performance monitoring systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, international environment

This is a hydrid role where you'll be expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
Salary is from £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus and benefits
