Description

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support business objectives.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimise inventory levels.
Monitor and analyse sales trends to adjust forecasts accordingly.
Lead the S&OP process.
Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present regular reports on demand planning performance to stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand plans.
Utilise demand planning software and tools to enhance forecasting accuracy.

A successful Demand Planning Manager should have:

Proven experience in forecasting & demand planning or within the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast trends.
Proficiency in demand planning software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental coordination.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in managing inventory and supply chain optimisation strategies.
