We are proud to be representing an award-winning, 2 AA Rosette village pub and restaurant in the heart of Kent in their search for a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join their established brigade.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef looking to develop within a quality-driven, fresh-food environment where seasonality and provenance are at the forefront. Working within a professional and supportive brigade, you will gain invaluable experience in a Rosette-standard kitchen committed to consistency and excellence.

* Support the Chef de Partie in running your section during prep and service
* Assist in producing high-quality, seasonal British dishes
* Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, organisation, and presentation
* Work closely with a professional brigade in a busy, reputable kitchen
* Contribute positively to a culture of consistency and teamwork
* Experience within a fresh-food kitchen (Rosette background advantageous)
* Passion for British seasonal produce
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Calm and professional approach to service
* Eagerness to learn and progress within a quality environment
