The restaurant offers a refined dining menu featuring seasonal cuisine made with top-quality ingredients, all prepared in-house. You will be part of a kitchen team of 12, managing service for up to 120 covers.
Desired skills and attributes:
Previous experience as a Demi Chef or Chef De Partie within a busy restaurant.
Reliable and organised to be able to maintain high standards throughout service.
Proficient knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety.
Availability to work a mixture of shifts throughout the week.
