Salary: £33,000 + approx. £4,000 tronc

Hours: 48 hours per week

A fantastic opportunity has opened for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of a highly respected private members’ club group in Central London, known for its exceptional standards, disciplined brigade and high-profile clientele.

The kitchen focuses on Italian cuisine, using high-quality seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques. This role would suit a motivated chef who is eager to develop their skills within a professional and well-structured kitchen environment.

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie
