As the practice continues to grow, they are now looking for an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to support both patients and clinicians, and to ensure the smooth, day-to-day running of the practice. In this role, you will be the central point of the operation, leading on daily management, compliance, and patient experience. This is a hands-on, people-centred position, ideal for someone who combines strong organisational skills with emotional intelligence, warmth, and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
What we need from you:
You will need previous experience working as a Practice Manager, ideally within the dental industry
Strong understanding of dental compliance and regulatory frameworks
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using dental software and digital systems
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution focused under pressure
Highly Desirable:
Experience within private dentistry
Candidates from a mixed NHS/private dental practice background may be considered, subject to relevant experience and a desire to move into a private practice
Knowledge of marketing, patient retention, and business development
Dental nursing qualification (Desirable)

What this role involves:
Oversee the daily running of the practice, ensuring a seamless and welcoming patient journey
Lead the team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Manage staff rotas, recruitment, onboarding, and performance conversations
Supporting Reception duties as this is a small practice
Ensure full compliance with CQC and all regulatory standards
Maintain accurate records, audits, and documentation
Manage financial processes including invoicing, debt, payment reconciliation, and stock control
Support clinicians with diary optimisation and workflow efficiency
Handle patient feedback, queries, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and patient experience
Collaborate with the Principal Dentist/Owners on strategic planning and practice growth

Salary: £16 - £20 per hour, depending on experience.
Hours: Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
