Dentist/Specialist Oral Surgeon – Private Hospital

Salary: Up to £130,000 + Additional Earnings Potential

We are currently supporting a leading independent healthcare provider in the UK with the appointment of a Specialist Oral Surgeon to join their growing surgical team.

The Role

You will be responsible for the assessment, management and treatment of patients requiring oral surgery procedures within a surgical centre setting.

• Deliver a range of oral surgery procedures under local anaesthetic and IV sedation
• Manage patients across outpatient and operative pathways
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance, audit and patient safety
• Contribute to service development and continuous improvement

Procedures Include

• Simple and surgical tooth extractions
• Surgical removal of impacted teeth and wisdom teeth
• Coronectomy procedures
• Multiple extractions and full dental clearances
• Upper and lower dental clearance procedures

High procedural volume with strong earning potential depending on activity

Requirements

• GDC registered with Specialist Registration in Oral Surgery
• Relevant CCT or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a wide range of oral surgery procedures
• Competency in IV sedation (essential)
• Strong clinical judgement and patient-focused approach
