Leading your team to successfully deliver your line's KPIs and drive business performance Coaching, developing, and leading staff to establish a continuous improvement culture Working closely with internal and external suppliers to build strong, effective relationships ensuring site legal compliance Ensuring all levels of waste are recorded accurately, including OEE, efficiency, downtime, product weights, and staff efficiency

About You

Experience of a Department Manager/Shift/Warehouse Manager or equivalent Experience in a large scale production/warehouse operation, ideally across Food Manufacturing Ability to coach and encourage your team to continuously improve how they do their job Ability to problem solve and implement process changes to improve operational performance Experience managing budgets and controlling costs Strong leadership and coaching skills to engage, motivate and develop large teams with varying skill sets
