We're seeking a Deputy Business Unit Manager to support the Business Unit Manager for Vessel Operations and Internal Logistics, in delivering outstanding customer service through effective people management and process delivery. Your Role
You will lead, motivate and manage a diverse operational team to achieve performance targets and continuous improvement. You will review and enhance business processes to improve efficiency and service delivery, building strong customer relationships to work collaboratively to deliver exceptional service. As a champion of safety and compliance, you will promote safe working practices and ensure adherence to safety regulations across all operations.
