The Deputy Manager Role Overview:

On behalf of an established and renowned organisation based in the Yorkshire region, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager with experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities, to support the Registered Manager of a small residential care service for adults with learning disabilities, in Huddersfield.

We are seeking an experienced Manager or Team Leader who is extremely passionate about person-centred care. The Deputy Manager will support the Registered Manager with the day to day running of a residential care home. This is a fantastic home with high standards of care.

The Deputy Manager Candidate:

* Experience working as Deputy Manager in a health & social care residential service

* Ideally experience in Learning Disability needs

* NVQ Level 4-5 Health & Social Care qualification

* Passionate about person-centred care

* Excellent communication skills

The Deputy Manager Package:

* Salary up to £28,000

* Bonus scheme and excellent benefits package

* Ongoing training and development opportunities

The Deputy Manager Interview Process:

Stage one – Informal interview with the Regional Manager

Stage two - Formal interview at the service with the Regional Manager and Registered Manager
