This pivotal role supports the CEO in steering the Council through an exciting period of transformation, including the development of a new five-year strategy, relocation to new premises, and preparations for Local Government Reorganisation. You'll lead cross-functional teams in communications, community development, programme delivery, and administration - ensuring their services reflect the values and priorities of Stroud's vibrant and engaged community.
