Deputy General Manager (RN/RMN) - Care Home Location: Burwash, East Sussex TN19 7BE Hours: 40 hours per week - days Salary : £55,000 per annum + £2000 joining bonus

As Care Home Deputy General Manager, youll support the delivery of the quality care were known for. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team.
