What we’re looking for in our Deputy General Manager…
Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants. Solid grasp of hospitality management. Pro at managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Understand the nitty‑gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws. Excel in communication and leadership skills. Awesome at organising and multitasking. Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
