The Filly Inn is looking for an experienced and driven Deputy General Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy, food-led pub.
We need a hands-on leader who can support the General Manager, lead from the front, deliver excellent guest experiences, and help develop a strong team culture.
Key responsibilities:
Support the overall running of the pub
Lead shifts and manage daily operations
Deliver excellent customer service
Train and motivate the team
Support stock, labour, and compliance management
Step up in the General Managers absence

Management experience in a busy pub, bar, or restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
A hands-on, organised approach
Passion for hospitality and high standards
Commercial awareness and ability to perform under pressure
