Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the performance of the store team through TGI Friday’s values Oversee aspects of the store’s operation and performance, including People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health & Safety and Property Ensure that TGI Friday’s standards are maintained and the restaurant performance meets its targets Create an environment where teams and guests feel valued, loyal and celebrated Lead by example and act as a cultural ambassador for TGI Fridays
Qualifications
Solid experience in a similar role with a proven track record of leading and delivering Demonstrated ability to deliver a guest‑obsessed culture Restaurant/hospitality experience Proven track record of leading teams to success Strong financial skills with ability to manage audits and due diligence Skill to manage budgets, labour controls and forecasting Strong commercial acumen to drive sales and deliver business results Excellent problem‑solving and quick‑thinking skills Great communication skills to inspire teams and delight guests
