You will strengthen Benenden's distinctive academic offer by shaping our strategic approach to digital learning and the integration of AI across the curriculum, championing a culture of scholarship and creative thinking to ensure that emerging technologies are used effectively to enhance teaching and learning. Qualifications You will bring a proven track record of delivering academic excellence across teams, with measurable impact at GCSE and A level. You will have leadership experience in education, either as a senior leader or as an experienced middle leader with significant whole‑school responsibilities. You should have experience of curriculum innovation, assessment design and the enhancement of teaching and learning, and possess expertise in integrating technology and AI into teaching and learning, underpinned by a strong commitment to academic rigour and ethical standards.
