Eaton Valley Primary School is a beautiful two‑form entry school in West Bromwich, for children from Nursery to Year 6. We are so proud of our wonderful children, their families and our staff.
We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Head teacher 3 days per week for a fixed‑term contract of 12 months from September 2026 to August 31st 2027. This post is available either as a secondment or a fixed‑term appointment. In the cases of a secondment, the candidate will need to agree this with their current employer prior to application.
The successful candidate will join our strong leadership team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher, Governors and wider leadership team to maintain and further develop the school’s high standards in teaching, learning and attainment and caring ethos.

be able to lead on personal development and wellbeing
contribute to maintaining our high standards of achievement

Working Hours: 3 days per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: Leadership Pay Range L12‑L16, £67,898‑£75,049 p.a. (actual salary £40,739‑£45,029 p.a.)
