As Deputy Headteacher / SENDCo, you will play a key strategic role within the senior leadership team, driving whole-school improvement while leading and developing SEND provision across the school.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing the school's SEND provision, ensuring high-quality support for all students Contributing to the strategic direction and leadership of the school as part of the SLT Supporting teaching and learning to raise attainment and progress across all key stages, including sixth form Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies Promoting an inclusive culture where every student can thriveThe School Offers:
