Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent experienced SEND specialist Deputy Headteachers for a range of interim senior leadership jobs based in a growing group of alternative provision schools. If you are a SEND specialist who is available for the new academic year or January 2026, we would be keen to speak with you.
If you are an experienced Deputy Headteacher or an experienced Assistant Headteacher seeking their next step in leadership who has worked with pupils with SEND across either primary or secondary phases we would be keen to speak with you. We are currently supporting a large alternative provision group of schools across the UK.
Typically, the sites within the group cater for pupils aged 7-17 with SEND requirements. Their children come from a wide range of backgrounds, but all have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH). Many will also have other Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. This national trust is focussed on supporting children who have lived through trauma and adverse childhood experiences, and they work closely with them to develop self-belief to become effective learners.
