As a Deputy Home Manager you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the level of care we offer exceeds professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. The role involves taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide a service that surpasses expectations in empathy for resident issues. About You HC-One is looking for a Deputy Home Manager with knowledge of National Standards and a background in person‑led care planning within a care home. A positive, enthusiastic, and person‑centred approach is essential, together with strong mentoring skills, time‑management, and diligent record‑keeping. Excellent communication, consideration, and kindness to all residents and colleagues are vital for delivering high‑quality dementia, residential, and specialist care.
