Location: Various homes across South Wales Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to £42,900 per annum (dependent on experience) Lead with purpose and help shape the future of children in care. Brook Street Social Care are seeking an experienced and committed Deputy Manager to support the efficient running of children's residential homes across South Wales. This is a vital leadership role for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and empowering young people to thrive. The Role As Deputy Manager, you'll provide operational support to the Registered Manager and take charge of the home in their absence. You'll lead and supervise staff, ensure compliance with legislation and company policies, and contribute to the development of a safe, nurturing environment for children and young people.
