Key Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home • Lead shifts and provide direction to staff • Support team development and performance • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulations • Promote structure, routine, and positive outcomes

Requirements

• Experience within children’s residential care • Experience as a Senior or Team Leader • Strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted • Level 3 or 4 qualification (Level 5 desirable or working towards) • Ability to lead by example and maintain consistency
