A well-established, family-run childrens residential care provider is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join their supportive team in Oldham. The Role As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, helping to ensure consistently high standards of care, safeguarding, leadership, and regulatory compliance. You will take an active role in staff leadership, quality assurance, and will step into the Manager role when required. This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational responsibility with direct engagement in care delivery.

Essential Requirements Aged 21 or over

Full UK driving licence

Qualifications & Experience Level 3 or 4 Diploma/NVQ in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
