Up to £35,500 + sleep-in payments
Full-time (39 hours, including long days & occasional sleep-ins)

What youll be doing

  • Supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated care team
  • Ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance
  • Contributing to a therapeutic, child-centred model of care
  • Stepping up to manage the home when required
  • Playing an active role in shaping innovative approaches to care

What were looking for

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a residential childrens home (Senior or Deputy level)
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations & safeguarding
  • Experience with rotas and budgets
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
