Deputy Manager
to support the Registered Manager in leading a Childrens Residential Home in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior leadership role, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance for young people. Key Responsibilities Support and deputise for the Registered Manager in daily operations Lead staff, supervise performance, and promote best practice Ensure safeguarding procedures and care standards are consistently met Attend case conferences, reviews, and planning meetings Oversee administration, reporting, and compliance with regulations Education & Experience Level 3/4 Diploma in Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services Level 5 Leadership Diploma (or willingness to work towards) Minimum 2 years in a senior/team leader role in a Childrens Home Strong knowledge of residential care, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks What We Offer Competitive salary (£33,000
