Ensuring compliance with the Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards

Taking part in the on-call rota and ensuring staff are well supported

What were looking for: Proven experience in a Team Leader, Senior Support Worker, or Deputy Manager role within childrens residential care

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Level 5 preferred or willingness to work towards it
