Job Title: Deputy Manager - Children’s Residential Home Location: Greater Manchester - Altringham Salary: Up to £38,500

We are currently working with a brilliant and supportive Children’s Residential Home based in Greater Manchester, who’re a 2 Bed EBD home with ages from 7 – 13. The organisation is already established and have 2 children in placement, who are settled and attend school.

Deputy Manager duties and responsibilities:

The role of the Deputy Manager will be to work Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 17:00pm; Assist the manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the statement of purpose; Support and manage the staff to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people; Work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people; Offer supervisions and support to senior staff in line with care quality standards and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.Deputy Manager Qualifications and Training:
