We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join a welcoming and supportive childrens residential home. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to step up in their career and help create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

What Youll Do:

  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
  • Inspire, lead and support a dedicated staff team.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted
  • Support children and young people in achieving positive outcomes and reaching their full potential.
  • Oversee care planning, staff development, and day-to-day operations

About You:

  • Experience working in a childrens residential or Ofsted-regulated setting.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Level 5 in Leadership & Management desirable (or willingness to work towards).
  • Strong leadership skills with a compassionate and resilient approach.
  • A genuine commitment to making a lasting difference for children and young people
