We are looking for an exceptional individual to become part of our dedicated team, to help deliver high quality childcare within our setting, playing an important role in the continuing growth and development of the Nursery. Role Summary: The Deputy Manager will be responsible for working alongside the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of Coram’s Fields Nursery. They are the principal link between the Nursery Manager and our talented team of practitioners, coordinating and supervising the work of the team on Nursery ground to create a high quality, stimulating learning environment for all our children. The Deputy will play a key role in delivering the EYFS curriculum in our Nursery, using reflective practice to develop informed and creative strategies, that continually improve the quality and diversity of our offer for children.
