Plan-It Homecare Ltd is a health care organisation providing supported living and domiciliary care services to people in the community. We work across 2 local authorities and looking to expand our reach and services. We are looking for an energetic and forward thinking individual who is willing to join our team to achieve the set goals. As a deputy Manager, you will be tasked with the responsibilities to support and promote a caring and supportive environment for Plan-It Homecare customers and staff by implementing very high standards of professional care and support. Key tasks for the ideal Candidate include: Supports the registered manager in the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care and regulatory compliance Participate in the growth of the organisation by liaising with new and existing clients of the organisations Check for new referrals and accept the ones we can safely support in conjunction with the registered manager and care co-ordinator Design and review care plans and risk assessments of new and existing clients Liaise with trainers / training organisations to ensure that relevant training is delivered
