Deputy Manager Barry, Vale of Glamorgan (CF62)

Were recruiting an experienced Deputy Manager for a multi-site role within the CF62 postcode, just 10 minutes drive from Barry town centre. Youll be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, making a real difference in their lives every day.

What youll do:

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of support workers

Provide 1-1 support and promote independence and well-being

Work across multiple residential and respite sites within the CF62 postcode

Be part of an on-call system

Support service users with challenging behaviours in a rewarding, varied role

What were looking for:

QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), with willingness to work towards Level 4

Driver essential for multi-site working

Positive, professional, and people-focused

Confident with electronic systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel
