The Role You'll be at the heart of the operation — driving service standards, motivating the team, and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience. From stock control and cost management to training and team development, you'll play a key role in delivering performance and profitability.
What We're Looking For Experience as a Deputy or Assistant Manager in a busy restaurant
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Commercial awareness and stock control experience
Passion for hospitality and Pan-Asian cuisine
