Deputy Manager – Care Home (Dementia Services)


MENA-BIG is a Spanish company specialized in Recruitment Services, Human Resource Consultancy, Administration Management, International Business Development, and Strategic Consultancy, with offices in Europe, the Middle East, and the Gulf Region.


We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join a well-established care home specialising in dementia care. This is a key leadership role focused on ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining strong operational and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Lead and manage care teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Oversee staff planning, rotas, and performance management
  • Ensure effective care planning and safeguarding processes
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance


Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within a care home (dementia care preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safeguarding
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 3 or above)
