Key Responsibilities • Lead and develop the care and nursing team to deliver safe, person-centred care. • Support the Registered Manager and take full operational responsibility in their absence. • Oversee clinical practices including complex care such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy, and wound management. • Drive quality through audits, compliance, and collaboration with families and healthcare professionals.
About You • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and experience in a leadership role. • Experience managing or supervising care teams within a nursing or care home setting. • Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks.
