Deputy Store Manager – Fashion Accessories | Oxford Street, London
We are seeking an experienced and driven Deputy Store Manager to join a successful fashion accessories retail brand at our flagship Oxford Street location.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, supporting the Store Manager in delivering outstanding commercial results while creating an exceptional in-store experience.
The Role
As Deputy Store Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of a high-volume store, helping to lead, motivate and develop a team of approximately 20 staff. You will be instrumental in driving customer engagement, maintaining exceptional store standards, and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and performance
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of 20 colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
- Drive customer engagement and create a welcoming, service-led retail environment
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store standards
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets
- Assist with recruitment, training, and ongoing team development
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational best practices
About You
- Previous supervisory or management experience within retail (fashion or accessories preferred)
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment
The Offer
- Salary: £36,000 per annum
- Monthly bonus opportunity of up to 10% based on store sales performance
