Our service supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and a range of complex care needs. About the Role: This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll divide your time between administrative duties and supporting care delivery on the floor. You'll be responsible for helping manage the daily running of the home, supporting staff, and maintaining high standards of care and compliance. The role includes on-call duties and working alternate weekends. What We're Looking For: Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)

Must be willing to work towards Level 5 , with full support

Experience in a senior or supervisory care role is essential

Confident working in a busy environment with strong leadership and communication skills
