Deputy Nurse Manager (Maternity Cover 6 Month FTC) Location: Belfast Hours: 46 hours per week (paid breaks) Salary: £23.16 per hour An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Deputy Nurse Manager role on a 6-month maternity cover contract within a well-established nursing home. This is a key leadership position, supporting the Nurse Manager with the day-to-day clinical and operational running of the home while maintaining high standards of care and compliance. The role includes: Supporting clinical leadership and operational management Leading and supporting nursing and care teams Maintaining excellent standards of care and resident wellbeing Involvement in assessments, admissions, and quality improvement Working pattern: 46 hours per week (paid breaks) Rotating pattern of 48 hours one week and 44 hours the next (includes office/management time) The ideal candidate will: Be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN Have experience in a senior or leadership role Be confident, organised, and supportive as a leader Be happy to commit to a fixed-term maternity cover role Please note: sponsorship is not available for this position.
