We are looking for a Deputy Nursery Manager and Room Leader to join our welcoming team at Peterborough College. This is a hands-on role where youll lead a room, support your colleagues, and play a key part in the day-to-day running of the nursery. The Deputy Nursery Manager role is covering Maternity leave so will be offred on a full time fixed term contract. This isnt a role where youre stuck behind a desk. Youll be right in the heart of the action, creating a nurturing, inspiring environment for children aged 05, while developing your leadership skills and stepping up to support the overall management of the nursery when needed. What the role involves As a Deputy Nursery Manager, youll plan and deliver engaging activities that support childrens development and spark their curiosity, ensuring everything aligns with EYFS standards.
