Working hours: 37.5 hours per week with on call responsibilities

Established in 2007, Select Lifestyles Limited provides support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs within our residential homes, supported living schemes and day centres across the West Midlands.
About the Role:
The opportunity has arisen for a Regional Deputy Manager to join the Operations team and work alongside the current Regional Managers to cover Wolverhampton/Dudley area. The successful candidate will be deputy to the area specified.
The Operations team are looking for individuals who are looking to grow within the company and who have a drive for change and are passionate about supporting our employees to deliver the best support possible, ensuring that all our service users have a good quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
CQC Compliant in all services
Lead CQC inspection
Review service audits
Develop Action Plans
Training and development of Scheme/ Service Managers
Maintain Safeguarding Logs and Trackers
Develop support network for services Inc. On-call
Review Support plans and risk assessments
Managers Performance reviews
Reviewing rota's
Managing Scheme/Service Managers Annual Leave and Sickness
Supporting with professional reviews and meetings
Recruitment
Quality Assurance
MCA DOLS Applications/Reviews
Support with Contracts Compliance
Support and Guidance to Scheme/Service Managers
About you:
Qualifications:
Level 5 QCF Management/ working towards completion within 18 months of taking on the role
Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
Essential Requirements:
Full UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable Requirements:
Understanding CQC and other external agencies
Knowledge of Inspections
Understanding of the Key lines of enquiry
Management experience
