A well-established early years nursery in Hendon is looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Room Leader to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to take the next step into a leadership role while continuing to deliver high-quality childcare and early education. The Role Deputy Room Leader As a Deputy Room Leader, you will support the Room Leader with the daily running of the nursery room, ensuring high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding. You will play a key role in delivering engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) while supporting colleagues and acting as a positive role model for children.
