Nestled on the edge of Croydon and the stunning Happy Valley, Oasis Academy Coulsdon is an inclusive, family-oriented school that is committed to ensuring all of our students achieve excellence.
We are excited to invite a passionate and dedicated individual to join our vibrant SEND department. As part of our close-knit, supportive team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our diverse student community and play a key role in shaping student outcomes. This is for a part time position, four days per week. Full time may be considered for the right candidate.
Building upon our strong foundation, where a thoughtful and well-structured curriculum is already in place, you will get to know your students personally, adapting and tailoring the curriculum to ensure each one makes meaningful progress. The team has already delivered outstanding results, and we are now focused on continuously improving our practices to provide even greater support for our students.
