Deputy SENDCo (KS4 & KS5)Grade: TLR 2C + SEN AllowanceContract: Full time, permanentStart date: 1 September 2026We are seeking to appoint an experienced, reflective and committed Deputy SENDCo (KS4 & KS5) to play a key leadership role within our SEND team. This post is central to the strategic and operational development of SEND provision for students in Key Stages 4 and 5, ensuring high-quality inclusive practice, excellent outcomes and strong transitions into post-16 and post-18 pathways.Working closely with the SENDCo, Inclusion Officers, curriculum leaders, pastoral staff and external agencies, the successful candidate will lead the day-to-day SEND provision across KS4 & KS5.
