Deputy Store Manager role in the Bristol area covering multiple stores. Flexible travel across the region is required. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead store operations, drive performance, maintain high standards, and coach the team on the shop floor. What we're looking for

Retail management experience in a fast‑paced, high‑turnover environment Proven ability to lead, coach and develop medium to large teams Strong commercial acumen and track record of hitting KPIs Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays Experience in FMCG or big‑box retail is ideal, but not essential
