As Deputy Year Leader, you will support the pastoral success of a year group which will include: Monitoring attendance and completing attendance home visits Delivering targeted interventions Supporting lunch and break duties Meeting with parents and carers Working with our Reflection Room Leading and supporting year-group detentions What we are looking for: Experience within a school or working with young people is not essential but would be advantageous.
